Nick Sayers

I am an artist, maker and graphic designer. I make public sculpture commissions, interactive art installations, shelters, lighting and creative art workshops inspired by maths and science. I often work with recycled or everyday materials, to make abstract geometry relatable and fun. My use of these materials also stems from my passion for sustainability.
I have exhibited around the UK and internationally, including Azerbaijan, Canada, United Arab Emirates, United States and Uzbekistan.
Some of the projects I’ve delivered include: Giant Drawing Machines, a Christmas tree made from recycled plastic bottles (Baku, Azerbaijan), 480 Nectar cards sphere, Brighton Solargraphs (six-month-exposure pinhole photos), To Live (estate agent board shelter domes) and Spheres (polyhedra made from scrap).
