At Gicam Ltd we enjoy designing and manufacturing unique and bespoke products, achieved using our 2D and 3D processes. Our 2D services are CNC routing of plastic and wooden sheet materials. The 2D services are suitable for things like Opendesk furniture and other flat components.

Our 3D services are the design and manufacture of moulds and tools for metals, plastics and composites. For example: – Foundry patterns for metal castings. – Vacuum forming tools for sheet plastics. – LRTM and hand lay up moulds for fibreglass and carbon fibre.
