I am a self-taught weaver based in the beauty of the Derbyshire Countryside. I use a traditional hand loom, a design unchanged in hundreds of years.

Where I need colour, I hand-dye on the stove. The manner in which I do this gives varying shades, no piece is intentionally uniform.

Naturally soft, British Wool is the mainstay of my creations, from the British Falkland Islands and the United Kingdom. I have been fortunate to travel to the Falkland Islands many times. I have spent time with sheep farmers there to see the care they give their animals as well as the quality of the wool.
